Olalekan Majekodunmi

Olalekan Majekodunmi is the Chairman of the Board of Vine Logic Solutions Limited. He is an MBA holder of the Metropolitan Business School, UK and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He also holds the Associate memberships of both the Association of Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.

He has had a varied working life history in both the public and private sectors of the Nigerian economy that traverse the Academics, Consultancy, Audit Practice, and the Industrial landscape. Over the years, Lekan had participated in high profile External Audit and Consultancy engagements. Some of his exposures include:

  • Country Auditor – Fondazione AVSI Italy, Nigeria Office (with Deloitte, Italy as the Lead Auditor)
  • Engagement Partner – External Audit Exercise of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
  • Team Leader – Forensic Audit of Capital Oil Plc.
  • Team Leader – External Audit Exercise of Lagos State Internal Revenue Service (LIRS)

He had also at various times served as Financial Consultant on a number of World Bank Projects and featured as a regular member of past Inspection Teams of the National Insurance Commission to Insurance Companies and Insurance Broker Firms in Nigeria. Lekan is the author of the widely circulated book – “Keys to Successful Living”.

Rotimi Williams Olatunji, PhD

Rotimi Williams OLATUNJI received his Doctor of Philosophy Communication Arts (specializing on Advertising ) (2003) and Master of Arts (Communication Arts), (1991) from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria; and a Bachelor of Arts Degree (First Class Honours) (Archaeology), from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile- Ife, Nigeria, in 1989.

Dr. Olatunji serves as Consultant to several national and international organizations including: Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution (IPCR), Abuja, Nigeria; United Nations Development Programme (UNDP); United Nations Information Centre, Lagos, Nigeria; United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF);

He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Marketing Science; Senior Member, African Federation of Public Relations Association; Member, International Management Development Association (IMDA), Hummelstown, P.A, (U.S.A. Based); Member, International Academy of Business Disciplines (IABD), Beltsville, M.D. (USA); Associate registered practitioner in advertising; Member, African Council for Communication Education; Member, Association of Communication Scholars and Professionals of Nigeria; Member, Nigerian Institute for Training and Development, (NITAD); among others.

Joshua Adesoji

Adesoji Joshua is the Managing Partner of Vine Logic Solutions Limited. Joshua is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, an Associate of the Chartered Taxation Institute of Nigeria and holds an MBA with specialisation in Financial Management from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.

He has over 20 years of cumulative work experience spanning across the manufacturing, publishing, IT, Engineering, Construction, Advertising and Consulting arms of the business operating environment.

Joshua held strategic positions as Manager of Finance, Head of Finance, Finance Controller and Chief Financial Officer, which involved: Aligning overall corporate objectives with the financial strategy of the companies; Developing and implementing accounting system changeover and controls; Information technology drivers with corporate objectives; Fund acquisitions, management and application to best practice standards; Capital restructuring and funding options among others.

Over the years, he has developed exceptional competencies in Financial planning, modelling and analysis; Capital acquisition, management & restructuring; Tax management; Spreadsheet operations & analysis; Learning management; Information technology; Accounting system analysis, design & implementation; Team building.

Muyiwa Alawode

Muyiwa Alawode started his professional working experience as a banker with Citibank Nigeria Limited in 1992. In the course of his illustrious banking career which spanned 16 years across some of the biggest banks in Nigeria, he acquired cutting edge relationship management skills, strategic wholesale marketing and credit risk management experience. Muyiwa Alawode also developed strong credit structuring and project management skills with specialised experience in aviation infrastructure and aircraft financing. During this period, he was involved in the structuring of major aviation transactions in Nigeria which included Arik Air US$300 Million Guarantee Credit line for acquisition of 8 units of Boeing 777 series aircrafts and Bi-Courtney Aviation N25 Billion Medium Term Loan Facility for refinancing of Murtala Mohammed Terminal 2 Building until his exit from the banking sector in 2008 at a senior management position of Assistant Vice President with First City Monument Bank Plc.

Since his exit from the banking sector, Muyiwa Alawode has held executive management positions within the past 7 years in business enterprises across real estate development and marketing, aviation, construction, mortgage brokerage, and currently information technology.

He is a versatile resource with strong strategic orientation and high awareness for enterprise resource planning, customer service and total quality management. His leadership ability and strong interpersonal skills are proven.

Muyiwa Alawode holds a Bachelors degree in Management & Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University and Master of Science Degree in Finance from University of Lagos.

He is a team player and an effective motivator of people. A perfect blend of intelligence and positive outlook, Muyiwa Alawode draws a lot of strength from business analytics as a basis for executive management planning and decision making for business growth. He has keen capacity to identify profitable opportunities across various business verticals and develop innovative strategies, new technologies to maximise such opportunities in emerging markets in collaboration with highly resourceful global partners.

Lekan Amao

Lekan is a young chartered accountant with diverse qualifications and experience in business, IT and SAP solutions consulting; for Manufacturing, Construction, Oil and Gas, Business Consulting and Banking Industry. He has been involved in several SAP projects. On these projects, he was involved in system configuration in the financial and controlling modules of SAP, data migration, training and supporting SAP All-in-One processes. He has excellent project management and resource planning skills, comfortable in adapting to a dynamic environment that is subject to considerable changes in nature of operations. His sound understanding of the SAP Financials has been advantageous on all SAP projects he has been involved in. He is a very good communicator, and an innovative professional with proven ability to provide SAP solutions to the requirements and problems faced by the organization. SAP expertise include:

  • SAP Financials - FI-AR, FI-AP, FI-AA, FI-TV, FI-GL, FI-BL
